Shipping policy:
**Please note that orders placed after 23:59 15th December will arrive after January 2, 2009**
All orders will be shipped insured, signature return, and in a padded envelope. Each item will be packed in a padded jewelry box ready for gift giving or for proper storage. Please allow 7-10 business days for international delivery. Standard shipping cost quoted reflect this shipping policy.
Return Policy:
You may return any online purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured.
Jacqueline Potter Collection is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
